Booking terms:

GROUP RESERVATIONS:

  • From 4 to 5 rooms, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one room’s price will be charged in advance.
  • For 6 or more rooms, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to two room’s price will be charged in advance.
  • For more than 10 rooms, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to four room’s price will be charged in advance.

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS :

Standard rate :

  • In low season (excepted July and August):
    The full amount of the reservation will be charged upon check-in at the hotel.
  • In high season (July and August):
    • for a 1 to 5 nights stay, the rate of the first night will be charged in advance
    • for a 6 to 9 nights stay, the rate of two first nights will be charged in advance
    • for stays for more then 10 nights, the rate of the three first nights will be charged in advance
  • The credit card details provided at the time of booking are only used to guarantee the reservation and the card will not be charged for the amount of the reservation (excepted for specific conditions mentioned above). The full amount or the balance of the booking will be charged upon check-in at the hotel.
  • Bookings changed or cancelled more than 48 hours in advance of the planned arrival date at the hotel will not be charged any fees.
  • If a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the planned arrival date at the hotel, the first night booked will be charged for all reservations of 3 or less nights. If the booking cancelled is for more than 3 nights, the first 2 nights will be charged.
  • In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the planned arrival date at the hotel, the credit card used to secure the booking will be debited the full amount of the reservation.
  • All changes and cancellations must be confirmed in writing by the guest to the hotel in order for the conditions above to apply.

Non-refundable rate:

  • The credit card provided at the time of booking will be debited the full amount of the stay.
  • The reservation will be non-modifiable regardless of the reason.
  • Booking may be canceled, but the total amount of it cannot under any circumstances be refunded.

FOR ALL RESERVATIONS :

  • Booking implies acceptance by the client of all general conditions listed out above.
  • Proof of the reservation made and confirmation of the contracted services must be presented to reception upon arrival at the hotel.
  • All prices shown include VAT.

Items not included in the price per night:

  • A municipal tourist tax of 1.98 EUR per person per night.
  • All supplementary services and activities requested by the guest upon booking as normally specified upon confirmation.
  • Guests may request additional activities and services at reception after arrival at the hotel as long as they do so before the deadlines for reserving them – see the list and terms at reception.
  • The hotel has baby cots available for guests; however, it cannot guarantee their availability upon arrival if not booked in advance and confirmed by the hotel – see the terms and prices for this service in the paragraph relating to Conditions regarding children and sofa beds below.
  • An additional 1 or 2 people may be able to stay in certain categories of rooms along with the two people normally allowed (superior room and suite only): in any case, this must be booked and confirmed in advance with the hotel – see the terms and prices for this service in the paragraph relating to Conditions regarding children and sofa beds below.

Hotel general terms of use

  • The hotel DOES NOT ALLOW pets.
  • The hotel is NON-SMOKING both in the rooms and in the interior common areas.
  • Check-in: after 4 p.m.
  • Check-out: before 12 p.m.
  • You may request early access to your room starting at 2 p.m. (early check-in) as well as late check-out at 2 p.m. These services are subject to additional charges except when reservation made via our website – see the terms at reception.
  • Every guest must be in possession of some form of acceptable ID (a national identity card or passport), which must be shown at reception upon arrival at the hotel pursuant to the laws in effect.
  • Breakfast is served each day between 8 and 10 a.m.
  • If you wish to have diner at the restaurant, it is best to book your table in advance and at the latest before 6pm at reception on the same day. Diner is served each day between 8 and 10 p.m.
  • Reception staff are available at the hotel from 7.30 a.m. to 11 p.m. If you believe you’ll arrive later or need to leave earlier, please inform the staff in advance.

Conditions regarding children and sofa beds:

  • Comfort Rooms: One baby (max. 2 years old) can stay in a baby cot for €10/night. Maximum capacity: 2 people and 1 cot.
  • Superior Rooms: One baby (max. 2 years old) in a cot for €10/night. One child (3-17 years old) in a sofa bed for €30/night or one adult (from 18 years old) in a sofa bed for €50/night. Maximum capacity: 3 people and 1 cot.
  • Suites: One baby (max. 2 years old) in a cot for €10/night. Up to 2 children (3-17 years old) in a sofa bed for €30/night per child or up to 2 adults (from 18 years old) in a sofa bed for €50/night per adult. Maximum capacity: 4 people and 1 cot.
